GA PK Domain Dividers

There is a lot that goes into organizing a classroom. I created these simple GA PK Domain dividers that can be copied onto colored paper and pasted onto file folders. Enjoy!  https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1xJiV95dXeVD4oYrKybErzonnZ4WwARWRb0SG4FHcp38/edit

Martha Stewart

I have been looking for a new home to store all of my teaching supplies and resources. I went to Home Depot and found this storage unit for the home. It reminds me more of something that could be for a mud room because it has seating as well. I like it, but I don't like that the bins for it is not clear and is made of fabric. I think I am going to look for plastic bins to fit inside and just do both. What do you think?

FB & Other Thoughts...

Okay, FB and I are not being the best of friends right now! I'm not sure what is going on with my posts and likes but it is not doing either....so I deactivated it for awhile. I'm not sure if this will work, but let's give it a try. Anyway, thanks to all of my followers on my TpT page your feedback is encouraging. It is so wonderful to know that I can create a product that is enjoyed by so many teachers and their students. TpT has really brought the world of teaching full circle. It is such a pleasure to see how teachers are implementing lessons across the world-literally! I have been teaching all of my life. I use to play school with my two little sisters and their friends. Our home was filled with books on top of books...I use to let my friends check out my books like the library...lol....that seems like so long ago. I always wanted a school of my own, but that's another story. Well, I just want to say thank you and now it's back to work.

Can you say, " Overwhelmed?!"

Well, Christmas is over!Ugh....now it's time for me to get back to clearing my clutter which I really don't want to do. I didn't realize how much STUFF I had, so now it is overwhelming for me! I will try to get through it soon, but right now I am trying to finish up my Community Helper's Lesson Plan for my TpT store. I have been blog hopping and it is amazing to see all the exciting things that teachers are doing in their classrooms and over the holiday break. It keeps me inspired and thrilled to be a teacher!

Teacher Goodies Day 4 @ 12:56 am

It is officially Day 4 of my teacher goodies....I probably won't be online tomorrow so I decided to get one last goodie in before Christmas Day! I have created a FREE Valentine's Day Package that can be found at my TpT store that is filled with quick and easy activities for your students.

Teacher Goodies Day 3

I see that I still have only one follower...so "Hello Crystal!"...lol and hello to anyone else that may be just stopping by for a peek at my blog. Well, the teacher goodie that I found were my Oreo cookies dipped in white chocolate. I found them at Walmart about 15 minutes from my house because our neighborhood Walmart was sold out :( I have been eating them for years....I think that they are more of a childhood memory than anything else. Unfortunately, they don't last longer than a day-30 minutes so they become part of my past very quickly. What's your favorite cookie to eat or bake during the holiday season?

Now back to the real goodies! I love Scholastic ANYTHING!  I use this set along with Alpha Tales to help me introduce letters and numbers. I use them as morning work, enrichment assignments and the like. I also print the mini books on colored paper and add to them to my math center.

Teacher Goodies Day 1

Mailbox Magazines!

BOB Books Enlarged!

                                                       Dollar Tree Gift Tags!

I have started the long road to organizing my teacher goodies. I found glasses that I purchased from the famous Dollar Tree and a birthday activity book that I am unsure of its origination. My Mailbox magazine were given to me from a retired teacher. They date back all the way to the 80's! I love BOB Books. I was lucky to get the activities created by  http://www.inlieuofpreschool.com/p/bob-books.html before a legal matter caused her to remove the materials. I enlarged the books because I like big books and the students get a kick out of seeing the characters in the story so big. Since we are in the winter season I thought I would share a quick and easy way to get in sorting, counting, adding, subtracting and the like out of one set of inexpensive set of holiday tags that I also purchased from Dollar Tree.

Teacher Goodies

Well, this is my hallway (I don't know what else to call it.) full of my teacher goodies. I pull and dig things out as needed and this is only half of it. The rest of it is in the basement, on my dinning room table and maybe just a little bit in my computer desk and in my bedroom next to the computer desk..lol. I am going to share with you all of my "goodies" that I have collected and made over the years as I begin to organize it as requested by my husband. I hope that my resources will spark inspiration as well as be a resource for you in your classroom or home school.
